Give me the NBA over any other sport by far. Basketball is such a better sport to watch. How can anybody watch this and tell me any other sport has something that could compare.

Because there's only games on once a week so it's easier to follow for the average fan; fantasy/gambling; there are white stars
I'm sorry because of 82, I really can't get into the league until the All star break. Maybe January. Even when the Mavs were winning 50 a year in the 2000s, I didn't really get into it until mid February. Football will always reign supreme. It also helps that college football is way more popular than college basketball. Nobody cares about college basketball until March whereas college football gets your attention starting in the first week in September.WHY? 82 GAMES MEANS YOU GET MORE OF A CHANCE TO FOLLOW YOUR TEAMS, AND ITS NOT EXCESSIVS TO WHERE U CANT WATCH MOST THE GAMES ALA BASEBALL
Op you can use the same argument for why basketball is more popular than soccer in the U.S. when internationally is not.
It also means i can miss the Tuesday Jazz versus Hornets because I know there will be 10 more games on random channels the next night...WHY? 82 GAMES MEANS YOU GET MORE OF A CHANCE TO FOLLOW YOUR TEAMS, AND ITS NOT EXCESSIVS TO WHERE U CANT WATCH MOST THE GAMES ALA BASEBALL
NBA has had something stupid like only 8 or 9 teams win titles in the last like 30 years.
In the NFL, the goddamn Saints won a Super Bowl in 2010. The Arizona Cardinals were 2 minutes away from winning.
Since like 1999, the Mavs, Spurs, or Lakers have represented the West in the NBA Finals every time except for 3 years. OKC in 2012 and GSW in 2015 and 2016.
NBA has no parity. It's a mundane regular season buildup where the Hawks are always the Hawks and the Grizzlies are always the Grizzlies.
Even in MLB and NHL the lower seeds and small-market non-superstar teams win titles.
Its only 16 games a year and most of them take place on the most boring day of the week, Sunday.
Also most people have Sunday off, NBA has a lot of weeknight games in which people might be busy and can't watch.
Football Sundays is an american tradition.
NBA SEASON DOESNT REQUIRE ATTENTION, EVEN IF FANS ONLY WATCH HIGH PROFILE/NATIONALLY TELEVISED GAMES, THATS ENOUGH TO KEEP UP WIT THE TEAM .. SO IT DOESNT EXPLAIN WHY NATIONALLY TELEVISED FOOTBALL GAMES GET MORE VIEWERS THAN NATIONALLY TELEVISED NBA GAMES.
Correct. It absolutely doesn't. In the NBA finals, even if you lose it has to happen 3 more times for you to get sent home. The NFL is one and done. Edge of your seat kinda shyt, breh.I GET THAT EVERY PLAY HAS MORE MEANING IN A SHORTER REGULAR SEASON, BUT THAT DOESNT HOLD TRUE FOR THE NBA PLAYOFFS, WHERE EVERY GAME IS VITAL TO SURVIVING ANOTHER ROUND, AND MANY GAMES GO DOWN TO THE WIRE.
WHEN U COME BACK FROM WORK AND THERES NO SPORTS TO WATCH, SHIITS WEAK. I RATHER HAVE MORE GAMES THAN LESS GAMES, THAT WAY AT LEAST I GOT OPTIONS. I STARTED FOLLOWING THE RAMS AND IT SUX THAT THERES ONLY 1 GAME A WEEK IMO.

nba fantasy harder because of all the games. NFL cakes on compressing most of their games into the same day
Yeah agree but is still more popular than football and basketball internationally but in the U.S. is hockey status.SOCCER IS MORE BORING IN PRETTY MUCH EVERY FACET
Of course u want more games and more of everything, its in your jew blood![]()

But for football, I can take all week setting up my team, besides thusday night I just need to set my lineup before Sunday. NBA theres games every night.I DUNO, IVE NEVER PLAYED NFL FANTASY, BUT NBA FANTASY IS PRETTY EASY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE INDIVIDUALS ARE MORE RECOGNIZABLE
