Getting in shape will get you more female attention, which in turn does help with confidence..it helped in my case..
I started losing weight..once I got out of my anxious zone I noticed women were giving me more looks. But it's just making yourself better period.
Playing guitar, and practicing to get better at it, started caring more about my appearance and wearing shyt that fit my body type. Then when you start getting more compliments it's boosts your confidence even more, especially because you're getting validation from other people.
But alot of it is I stopped putting females on a damn pedestal and being nervous.

This is a predominantly black forum, with many of us being black men who are presently in a society where the black women of today are not the black women of yesterday or even the ones from our parents' generation.
