And it isn't a legitimate question. Anyone who thinks for half a second will realize why two guys who died earlier, at the height of their careers, would be remembered more than a guy who slowly got engulfed in crack smoke / legal troubles to the point where he wasn't even putting out music at all, let alone classic music.

He's not Biggie or Pac Level but he's still a Hip Hop Legend. 5 straight #1 albums, 30 Million Sold worldwide. Tons of great features and 1 certified Classic with "It's dark and hell is hot" Debut. Yes his personal issues effecting his overall standing. But Emcee wise he's always been respected. Actually the game today is missing an energy like DMX.
