It's way too controversial - schools are shook of controversy and usually avoid anything that will cause people to get upset. Just look at modern politics - right-wingers weaponize "They mentioned racism at my child's school!" or "There was a book with a gay character!" every chance they get. Imagine how quickly any actual advice on relationships would go from either side or both?

It would be based solely on the teachers perspective which pretty subjective. Religion, races, etc. are factors that won’t allow a comprehensive learning…..

Cant underscore how critical this post is. How we handle relationships is based on our experiences, beliefs, and other hard to quantify factors. A person who believes strongly in the word will have a strong biblical slant to EVERYTHING! That could clash with some of the households of the children. Would make for ineffective learning. However, if there is some overlap maybe that can be taught.
