You also probably never heard anyone compare Steph to Jordan and was rated top-20 player ever last season, ahead of Isiah Thomas and Wade.

Bury your head in the sand.
:mjlol: What does this have to do with you thinking people touted Kobe as greater than Jordan?

Lebron is better than Timmy.
But only him.

With Shaq or without Shaq?

Since Shaq left:
2007-2008: Lakers win series 4-1
2012-2013: Spurs win series 4-0.

Kobe 4
Tim 5

You forget
but Kobe Bryant's season ended after suffering a torn Achilles tendon in the 80th game of the season. The Lakers qualified for the playoffs on the last day of the season, defeating Houston to finish 45–37 and seeded seventh in the West. Facing the San Antonio Spurs in the first round, the Lakers were swept 4–0.

No kobe in that Spurs series due to injury.

When Kobe played

The Lakers went on to face the San Antonio Spurs in the Conference Finals. The two teams combined to win seven of the last nine NBA Championships. The Lakers were able to overcome a 20-point deficit in game 1 and win behind Kobe Bryant's 27 points, with 25 being scored in the second half. Game 2 was a cruise for the Lakers as they made a 9–0 run before halftime and built the lead to 30. For the third straight series the Lakers started off 2–0. This also marked Ariza playing for the first time since breaking a bone in his right foot in January.[16] The Spurs easily took game 3 in San Antonio with Manu Ginóbilicarrying the Spurs after two terrible games in L.A. The Lakers barely escaped Game 4 with a narrow win after Brent Barry missed a last second three-pointer due to a "missed foul call" on Derek Fisher, even though Bryant, Gregg Popovich, and Phil Jackson all agreed that it was not a foul. The NBA head office, however, admitted the next day that a foul should have been called, which would have given one of the league's top free throw shooters a chance to tie the game. Heading home up 3–1 in the series, the Lakers trailed in the first quarter by 17 but were able to cut the lead to six by halftime. [IB]Again, Bryant stepped up by scoring 17 of his 39 points in the fourth quarter and the Lakers surged ahead to take a 100–92 victory[/B] behind their home crowd for a chance to win championship no. 15. They also improved to 4–0 against San Antonio in the Western Conference Finals.

:dwillhuh: My bad.

I guess Mamba should have trained harder than Duncan.
Just like he trained harder than McGrady

Ron Artest: Tracy McGrady should have weight lifted more to prevent his injuries

What Tracy got to do with this

Why are Kobe Stan's so insecure?:mindblown:
The funniest thing is the way they get all defensive when they get sent racks deep into the red and catch WOAT nominations for awful threads like this. On the career LeBron shoots 4% better from the arc, 4% better in each corner, and 10% better at the rim while averaging more points and they think somehow Kobe was a better scorer when he falls behind in both volume and efficiency by wide margins.

*awaits for rambling about 81 points against the worst defense in basketball and ignoring how they used to claim the regular season is meaningless since James has a 4-1 MVP award advantage*

Kobe's style was more entertaining to watch. I respect LeBron's ability to get buckets and he brought a ring to Cleveland so you can't take anything from him, but the flopping and basic freight train dribble to the basket just turn me off.

Kobe can just go off as a scorer, LeBron is more consistent and is a better distributor.
