Before I get all this "You're a crazy fanboy" spit, I'm going to state that both games are individually impressive in their own accord.
I believe Wilt is a Legend in the game and a top 3-7 player (depending on who you are), and could be argued as the greatest tbh.
& I am in no way taking anything away from his performance.
With that being said, let me get down to business, the facts (tl;dr at bottom):
It is also good to note that Kobe took 20 free throws while Wilt took 32.
And while Wilt only played 6 more minutes than Kobe,
He managed to score only 19 more points than Kobe, while taking 17 more shots AND 12 more free throws.
It is good to mention that 3 players on the opposing team (Vs Wilts team) scored at least 30 points

& both teams managed to take 233 combined shots in 48 minutes.
A pace of 4.85 shots per minute. (+1.43 more shots per minute than Kobes Lakers on his 81 point night)
No one on the Raptors (the team Kobe scored 81 on) managed to score 30.
& both teams combined for 164 shots,
A pace of 3.42 shots per minute. (-1.43 shots per minute less than Wilts team on his 100 point night)

So not only was Wilts 100 point game played at a faster pace, but Wilt took way more shot attempts and free throws than Kobe in his 81 point game. Given the way Kobe was shooting, I'd guarantee if he took the same amount of shots and free throws as Wilt, he could have scored at least 100.
But that's a convo and argument for another day

Final Stat Box
-Both teams combined for 91 free throws in Wilts 100 point game, while both teams combined for 60 in Kobes 81 point game.
-Kobe took 1/3rd of the Lakers free throws (33%), Wilt accounted for 2/3rds of his teams free throws (65%)
-Kobe took roughly half of the Lakers FGA (52%) Wilt took about the same (55%)
-& although Wilt made an otherworldy 57% of his FGA, Kobe made 61% on his night.
tl;dr
Kobe -6 Minutes played, -17 shot attempts, -12 free throw attempts, -19 points
Wilt +6 Minutes played, +17 shot attempts, +12 free throw attempts, +19 points
Kobes 81 > Wilts 100
