Yes.
Entertainment money is very difficult to track so they don't really bother unless you're being reckless. Most "businesses" were started with dirty money. They're not stupid but it's just not worth their time.
A lot of these artists are nothing more then slaves to backers & use "touring" as an excuse to why they have so much money when if you do your research they all lie about how much they're getting paid per show.

Thats a Chicago mentality. I film allot of videos here and being around theb people in it, I see why they fck up. I'm moving asap. Way better business elsewhere
