Who mans is this?
Outdated stereotype. And I love swimming. When I travel I have to swim especially on the beaches, I can swim waaaaay far out. In pools the deepest I swam in was 10 ft. And I'm not just Black but DARK SKINNED.
I'm just saying the deepest pool I swam in was 10 ft. What I am saying is that I am just aware that 10 ft is my maximum(for now). I wouldn't say I can "swim in anything." Sure I can swim to safe my life but I need more work because I run outta stamina and my swimming is not as effective. Plus it depends on the SIZE of the water. Pool=/=lake. I almost drowned in a deep as lake in DR because I didn't know how deep/big it was.So if you are swimming in a lake with no height restriction you suddenly cant swim?
If you can swim in 10 ft, you can swim in anything![]()
as a mixed person ill answer
black people are alot more logic driven
and there is nothing in water of use
"going for a swim" back in the day ... doesnt seem like some shyt you would hear a black person say
why the fukk would you go for a swim? Not saying black people cant swim or swimming is bad... but just the reality of it.
you would fish from the shore or collect water ... you wouldnt really need to play in water for any reason

plus if you fast forward to now ... if you live in a city, barring schools and certain pools... you have way less of a chance to go swimming for fun. In the suburbs 40%-55% of homes have a pool and you can go to a lake or beach somewhere.
