….many animals are not scavengers. You give your dog table scraps and he will fight you about eating kibbles n bits after. Most animals, especially mammals stick to certain diets and have the means to get whatever is in their diet. Pigs are scavengers.

Their healthcare system is pretty good. Most of their healthcare workers are expats and their tax dollars actually go to public goods and services.

I would also add limited consumption of red meat. Most readily and easily available is poulty.

I like spices, don't smoke and can go without alcohol indefinitely.

I think most Black people appreciate a good steak or some BBQ but we can eat chicken and seafood exclusively pretty easily. Other folks go heavy on pork.

We don’t eat dogs but they are scavengers too. Catfish are known bottom feeders. Shrimp are known bug like creatures.

It’s true. America has the worst food available on earth. Sugar filled processed poison. Also America lacks culture. Middle East has been eating this way for 1000s of years. Coca Cola and Twinkie’s only been around for the last 100 years or so

A lot of travelers including Coli brehs have mentioned that after going overseas, they realized how sugary our food is.

Something as simple as bread....hella sweet in America compared to say, Europe. Shyt eating a bagel in Texas or Oklahoma versus New York and New Jersey is completely different.

We put some form of sugar in damn near everything (hf corn syrup, regular sugar etc).

Something to consider also....low life expectancy keeps you from facing a lot of "old people" diseases. Feel Japanese folks live pretty clean along with a lot of Africans. Think Arabs eat better but probably got some vices too.
