If you're not going to do research, don't bother quoting me.
Your looking for an argument and trying to tell you algos already do this! Dont need to do the research when I have seen it in person.
The majority of hedge fund run these algos. And those are adopted models from other industries. Intuitive complex algos do everything your already mentioned in your post.

Until (if ever) robots are indistinguishable from humans then humans will always find work. Automation reduces costs which means we all have more money which means we can spend more money on entertainment. Look at movies making $1 billion dollars, look at people buying $1000 phones, look at people spending tens of thousands on a car that spends most of the day sitting around doing nothing. I welcome automation completely. The only problem is tax avoidance - If you spend your entire life learning to drive a truck and a computer puts you out of work, we should have money to help you to retrain or to find a new job. But because of all the greedy rich people holding their money in tax havens (see Paradise Papers) and the way people have been brainwashed into believing lowering taxes is the solution to all problems, we find it hard to put money into social security to make sure that we don't have whole swathes of the population out of work as jobs transition.
