This I agree with. Women need to learn self defense but when some shyt goes down they need to GTFO of there and away to safety, no woman should confront a man unless it is a last resort and all options are exhausted.

yea it goes without saying that a woman shouldnt get cocky and look for a fight. thats why the first lessons taught are escape and survival. the video should not be taken seriously because no guy no matter how drunk will let himself be choked like that :pachaha: its more for illustrating the fact she knows technique. just like car commercials showing a car jumping a ramp onto a moving train.

if i ever have daughters i will make sure they know how to defend themselves but first thing i will teach them is to avoid danger at allll costs.

Id learn this, but that shyt might too expensive right now. My school's MMA contracts were like 150 a month (it wasn't BJJ, but you'd get like 2-3 grapling classes, a boxing class, and like 3 muay thai/kickboxing classes ASIDES from all the cardio/fitness classes)....IDK, just seems like the better deal to me. I'll probably get into BJJ eventually, but I really want to take whenever I make it to Brazil; I mean where better to learn it?...
In California, Florida, New york where there are Brazillian World Champions teaching. But yea, most the BJJ champs come from Brazil.

That's the thing...no one ever lets themselves get caught in a sub, they get put in a position where they have no choice but to get locked in. Jiu Jitsu is about positioning and leverage, and a chick highly skilled in jits would have the average man locked up quicker than he'd even be able to resist.
