Why would any team in the NBA max out Josh Smith?

Hard times out there breh is my only explenation.. 
Under no circumstances, I don't give a fukk, should any team max out that clown..
cause despite him being a dumbass he's one of the top 3 most talented PFs out there.. he lead a ATL team to the playoffs while putting up stats nobody else can really duplicate outside of all-stars... i wouldnt give him the max.. i dont even want him back on the team but in the right system he'll be a monster

I swear, it should be so easy to max Smoove out as a player. Just have the coach tell him he's getting benched if he shoots anything outside 12 feet and he'd be all star caliber

I was gonna say who else would you spend the money on... But then i saw it was the rockets who want him.. They want a 3rd player who can mesh with Howard and harden but Smith idk if he is the right way to go.. SHould get iggy if anyone.. much better choice then smith imo
