Hell yeah Central & South Jersey I used to see them shyts all the time. They didn't give a fukk.
Central PA definitely feels like it could be in the South. A lot of states up North have spots like that away from the cities, but I just feel like that attitude is far more prevalent and widespread in the south, and leaks into the cities. But, then again, like you said, a lot of black folks in the South don't even encounter white people very often because they live in black-heavy areas.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I don't want to
for the North. Most of the damn country is pretty racist. But I just feel like the South is unequivocally and absolutely the worst. Being white, some of the shyt I've heard white Southerners say when "all's clear" blows my mind. I keep looking around for cameras, thinking it's one of those ABC specials about racism.

Lived in Huntsville my entire life. The major cities in AL are not that bad, you can encounter some ignorant people here and there and maybe some underlying shyt but that's about it. The counties and smaller towns(like Cullman) in between are what you need to stay clear from. I had a crazy "wake up call" in one of those places that I will never forget.

I have felt more prejudices and racism from Mexicans than Whites in Texas.
