It makes sense from a biochemistry stand point.
You have a finite number of enzymes that can break down protein into monomers so eventually you will hit the limit of saturation.

I replaced my morning coffee with this:

9g of protein instead of whatever you get with coffee.
Needs 1/8 tsp of MSG and 1/4 tsp of salt to bring the flavor alive, though.

Most people are going to eat 2-4 pieces, I assume, on top of whatever sodium is in whatever else they’re eating with the bacon. If you have 4 pieces that’s 560mg. You might as well go to McDonalds…

Bacon of any kind will have a lot of sodium. Turkey bacon with a couple boiled eggs and whole wheat bread and natural peanut butter is one of the best choices you can make for a breakfast. Especially if you can get some blue berries on the side with some spinach

It's trash. It's still a processed meat with carcinogens in it. The ONLY reason people eat it instead is to lower calories. It literally offers no health benefits besides that over pork bacon.

You'd be better off making your own sausage out of ground turkey or pork and using that for your breakfast.

We did explain this too you. You can find posts from me from years ago stating Turkey Bacon is more processed making it worse than actual No Nitrate Pork Bacon.
