Stopped caring about turkey bacon years ago after seeing this. Get your protein, watch your caloric intake and destroy that crispy pork bacon
140mg is not a lot of sodium at all. Now if you ate 10 slices you are in trouble.That shyt has so much sodium that a few pieces might kill you. Like 90% of people who eat “healthy” have no clue wtf they are doing. All this shyt is just monkey see, monkey do; blind leading the blind at this point
Most people are going to eat 2-4 pieces, I assume, on top of whatever sodium is in whatever else they’re eating with the bacon. If you have 4 pieces that’s 560mg. You might as well go to McDonalds…140mg is not a lot of sodium at all. Now if you ate 10 slices you are in trouble.
