I replaced my morning coffee with this:

9g of protein instead of whatever you get with coffee.
Needs 1/8 tsp of MSG and 1/4 tsp of salt to bring the flavor alive, though.
Why would you replace coffee with this? why not do both. Whats the hate on Coffee? Was it affecting you negatively?

No hate. I love coffee but if I'm gonna be drinking something warm in the morning, it may as well be something that puts me closer to my goals and 9g of protein per serving does that for me.
You could have 2 cups of coffee and get nothing or 2 cups of bone broth and get 18g of protein. :wow:

Plus it's fukking delicious and doesn't give you coffee breath.

No-brainer.

about 25 g per hour or so. but throughout the period of a day...there really is no limit. You can slide in 400g if you want...you'll just be up at 3am eating.
My post box is all fukked up so I cant quote, but that whole "your body can only consume so much protein in one sitting" thing is bullshyt


To my understanding, 2-3 high quality protein meals per day and one is getting the vast majority of benefits of protein. The most important factor is your total number of protein. Some studies have pointed to no difference in lean body mass for people who intermittent fast and more specifically eat a 16/8 diet compared to those with a continuous feeding window.

A lot of people are spouting bro science bullshyt. Chicken and turkey are now they only good source of protein and pork is somehow inherently unhealthy?

Folks were forever talking about turkey bacon, tried it and shyt wasn’t for me. Still felt hungry and taste was my cup of tea. I stick to the pork bacon, but monitor how much I consume
