:lolbron:

On some real shyt, this is her first mac and she hasnt even used it enough to know how to find shyt on there.

We've been PC forever, and mac is a different animal, but the interface is so damn clean:ohlawd:

Hell Yeah bruh

She won't even know it's there, just don't put it in the Dock... Odds is she don't know what half that shyt is on there

Just tell her you're gonna put a bunch of shyt on there for maintenance and Microsoft Word/Office, utilities, etc., She won't even notice the difference

And more than likely you won't even need half the utilities. shyt basically runs itself

what did you mean about the file names? Me and my girl are gettings macs.
.exe is the typical file extension for most PC programs... and also for PC viruses. Macs don't read .exe files at all unless you have windows partitioned or running off virtual software catered for windows OS

most viruses are geared to .exe and windows since Windows is the standard used for large corporations, IT, and etc

Hopefully she didn't get the dual core one I have because its uttter shyt(2012 model I believe) with the normal hard drive, I believe thats the problem. The guy at the Mac store actually suggested this bullshyt. If thats the one she got, please go swap it now and save yourself grief for another model. I got it in April of this year. This is my 1st stint with owning/using mac products on the daily. The pinwheel stays spinning on this. Its to the point work is buying me a fully loaded quad core one just so I can use iMovie and Final Cut Pro without the shyt stuttering. Thats probably going to be in excess of $2,000:mjcry:

She got the air and it's quick. I'm considering getting the quad core pro. I feel like that might be too much power for what I want to do with it.

Put a solid state drive in that thing.
