Harden trade was undeniably worse because there is no way anyone can make an argument that it improved the team. Even though the Wiggins trade was stupid, the case could be made that it gave them a better chance to win this season.

Honestly, I don't see what others do in Andrew Wiggins. Not a can't miss prospect that's worth more to a win now focused team like the Cavs than Kevin Love

They inflate his talents to hate on Bron.

Son is solid and MAY end up being a great player, but he DAMN SURE ain't a can't miss prospect.

Anybody could see that since he was at Kansas.

Why did the favs have to be a win now team?

Yes lebron came off four straight finals appearances but if wiggins lands there with lebron u still get a playoff team with a nucleus thats young af and a leader who has title experiance and is loved but entire state for returning

As of now, Harden trade is worse.

Cavs were a team trying to win now, they traded a 19 year old who had never played an NBA game before for one of the best PF's in the league.

Thunder were a young team coming off a Finals appearance, and they traded one of their best players for a bunch of role players just to save money.

They have the best player in the world and he's in his 30's now, they were always going to be a team trying to win now.

Tim duncan just won a title last year and hes 74 with young kawhi leonard at the 3 against a lebron team buitk to win multiple titles in a row

I understanf the argument but i just dont see the kevin love move as a clear cut move even before the season started. Young nucleus that u build for the next 7 years or a nucleus of lebron and two all stars that mever bene to the playoffs and have histories of injuries for a title run this year

Trust and believe that Leonard wouldn't have been in San Antonio if they could've traded him for a LaMarcus Aldridge or Marc Gasol before he played his first NBA game.

Idk...spurs are smart enough to make the best moves for the long run
I dont think they have made an emergency trade since duncan hit the league

he just won rookie of the year

he's literally the best prospect in the league right now with the least experience.. what more can you ask of your rookie than to be the best rookie in the league.

people wouldn't talk about love if it wasn't obvious he wasn't worth the money. i don't think lebron would prefer him staying. the organization. nobody.. love isn't about to leave that money on the table. because how he looks and coming off injury, he's not gonna get that. if someone offers, he'll take it though. so his words really don't mean shyt if someone offers a max

so yea i'd take wiggins over love and i bet everyone else would have too.. in hindsight. they thought it was gonna be another big three. didn't work so smoothly

as for the harden trade.. they KNEW it was working.. the just made it to the finals. didn't have to change a thing.. maybe see if you can get some pieces, or find a big piece. these fools traded away their damn 6th man, for some scrubs, knowingly.

knowing how close those 3 were personally.. knowing how good they played together as a 1 and 2 unit. knowing they'd only get better togethe.. and knowing they could keep them, just would have to pay in that luxury tax.. still said fukk that, and gave him up for nothing

and fukk a rookie of the year, he's 2nd in mvp. taking his team farther than yours. and you'll still have to play against him for likely his whole damn career. constant reminder.

it's gotta be the harden trade

Not a trade but they were trying to sign Jason Kidd back in 03 to a max deal when they already had a 21 year old Tony Parker on the roster who they had just won a championship with because Pop felt he was an unproven flawed player and Kidd was one of the best, if not the best PG in the league at that time
