You're right. Bernie was an Independent socialist who never did anything to help the Democrat party in his life. They didn't close ranks around Hillary cause she paid them off, they did it cause she was a bonafide Democrat who would go out and do all the fundraisers for Dems in the house and senate, who'd take in the SuperPAC dollars and keep the gravy flowing. She was "one of us" and they didn't know what the hell would happen if Bernie hijacked the party.

Still this shyt is unacceptable. The officials who participated in these antics need to be fired and DWS should've been gone yesterday.

Exactly.

I get Bernie wasn't a Dem until 2015. But he did caucus with them his entire time in Congress. The Dems don't stand for anything anymore.

I cant tell you how many peeps I have talked to out here in LA, that are either going to sit out or in some cases considering fukking with Trump just to give the middle finger to the system... Republican party as we knew it is over. Trump put the nail in the coffin. It will have to reform itself as pro worker and more populist if it wants to survive. Democratic party has been seduced by money for years. Think about those cats you see hopping out of the prius with a love wins bumper sticker hitting the starbucks to order their 6 dollar latte and dropping a dollar in the feed the kids jar on the way out. They like to think they care about eveyone else but they would never be caught dead in the "ghetto" or the "barrio" so they drive back to their millionaires row. The democtatic party caters to and protects those cats while ignoring the inner city. My moms neighborhood here in LA is worse today than it was eight years ago. In fact iur neighborhoods have been in decline ever since they took our votes for granted.

You may disagree with me and still cape for democrats brehs but aside from little petty shyt like free phones and minimum wage increases they have done nothing to bring real change to the ghetto. Honestly I think they like having segregation by color having turned into segregation by socio economic status which is much harder to fight.

:lawd: amen brother...
There is nowhere more segregated than the public housing projects and the hoods the liberals have created for the last 60 years..and by linking Racial justice to entitlements they have basically made sure most Negros will never leave .

And i agree with you on Trump...He is either gonna change the republicans or destroy them and make room for a third or fourth party ...Thats why all the media is going in on him so hard and even his OWN party is sliding cash and supporting Hillary under the table..that alone should make the average person wonder
why do the 1% want Hillary so bad if Trump is really one of them???

Then they should have rejected him forced him into a 3rd party...instead of pretending theyll give him a fair shot at the Queen.

These emails prove the Dems are less democratic than the GOP..the GOP leadership tried to shut trump out but when they realized its what their voters want they gave in.
The DNC faced the same thing with Bernie but they pulled a long con instead to make sure their girl gets in

:demonic: Hope bernie fans serve up the grapes of wrath in philly and the taste will linger till november

We desperately need a viable 3rd party candidate. The Democrats did the rig the system and the Republicans tried to. The 3rd party numbers are only in response to the sheer disdain for Clinton and Trump. We need more than a protest vote. We need serious candidates with some name recognition that people can take seriously. The Libertarian party, while having ideals I can more so identify with, is a joke. Gary Johnson, a guy who goes on Bill Maher and talks about his recent marijuana use, has zero chance with the American public at large.

That's really nothing, normal marketing type stuff, everybody does it. The more I read tweets and such, the more I realize just how naive a lot of people are.

To empower and inspire Hispanics to vote

To develop a relationship based on trust and inclusion. What issue would you have with that? Inclusion is a bad thing?

Bernie Sanders Campaign Chief Says Someone Must Be 'Accountable' for What DNC Emails Show

Bernie Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver said his team was "disappointed" by the emails from the Democratic National Committee leaked through WikiLeaks, which seemed to reveal staff in the party working to support Hillary Clinton.

"Someone does have to be held accountable," Weaver said during an interview with ABC News. "We spent 48 hours of public attention worrying about who in the [Donald] Trump campaign was going to be held responsible for the fact that some lines of Mrs. Obama's speech were taken by Mrs. Trump. Someone in the DNC needs to be held at least as accountable as the Trump campaign."

Weaver said the emails showed misconduct at the highest level of the staff within the party and that he believed there would be more emails leaked, which would "reinforce" that the party had "its fingers on the scale."

"Everybody is disappointed that much of what we felt was happening at the DNC was in fact happening, that you had in this case a clear example of the DNC taking sides and looking to place negative information into the political process.

"We have an electoral process. The DNC, by its charter, is required to be neutral among the candidates. Clearly it was not," Weaver said, responding for the first time to the growing controversy. "We had obviously pointed that out in a number of instances prior to this, and these emails just bear that out."

Another member of Sanders' staff, Rania Batrice put it this way: "Everything our fans have been saying -- and they were beaten down for and called conspiracy theorists -- and now it's in black and white."

The email dump comes at a crucial time, just days before the party's national convention in Philadelphia, with thousands of delegates representing both campaigns gathering from across the country. Weaver and several other members of the Sanders staff have said they are worried the news could disrupt the goals of the convention.

"We are trying to build unity for the fall to beat Donald Trump and Debbie Wasserman Schultz is a figure of disunity in the party, not a figure of unity," Weaver added. Weaver and the DNC chairwoman have tangled often during this campaign cycle. Asked specifically whether she should resign, Weaver responded, "She should consider what her options are."

Weaver said that he was surprised that no one with the party had reached out to him, "given the conduct that was disclosed" in the emails. Several of the emails showed that DNC staff called Weaver names including "a liar."

Several members of Sanders staff have expressed specific outrage over the emails, which seemed to suggest attacking the senator's religion. Sanders' former Iowa State Director Robert Becker told ABC News that it showed "a total lack of decency."

The Democratic National Committee has not commented on the issue.

Several of the emails released indicate that the officials, including Wasserman Schultz, grew increasingly agitated with Sanders and his campaign as the primary season advanced, in one instance even floating bringing up Sanders' religion to try and minimize his support.

"It might may [sic] no difference, but for KY and WA can we get someone to ask his belief," Brad Marshall, CFO of DNC, wrote in an email on May 5, 2016. "Does he believe in God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My southern baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist."

DWS is shyt, but she's probably not stepping down until after the election. The two DNC employees in that email about Bernie's religion should apologize/be fired though.

Overall, there's nothing in those emails that show collusion. And there's even a chain showing them trying to reach out to Bernie's campaign.

Wondering if there's a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess. Specifically, DWS had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they'd either ignored or forgotten to something critical. She had to call Bernie after the data breach to make his staff to respond to our concerns. Even then they didn't get back to us, which is why we had to shut off their access in order to get them to finally let us know exactly how they snooped around HFA's data. Same was true with the standing committee appointments. They never got back to us with their names (HFA and even O'Malley got there's in six weeks earlier) for the committees. So, again, the chair had to call Bernie personally for his staff to finally get us critical information. So, they gave us an awful list just a few days before we had to make the announcements. It's not a DNC conspiracy, it's because they never had their act together.

I posted this in TLR:

Let's review the question of Russian intelligence's involvement in these leaks, which seems controversial to some.

1)Once the DNC uncovered the hacked, it hired a top-shelf firm called Crowd Strike to conduct a forensic review. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world...b7a0_story.htm

2) Crowd Strike traced the hack back to groups called Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear.

3) Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear are long time affiliates of Russian intelligence. Crowd Strike report explains here. https://www.crowdstrike.com/blog/bea...nal-committee/

4) Can we say that they were working on behalf of Russia with certainty? This is murky by nature. But there's a long, clear history.

5) What's the alternative theory? A Romanian hacker called Guccifer 2.0 claims credit for the hack.

6) But @Vice pretty much shredded his credibility. We Spoke to DNC Hacker 'Guccifer 2.0'

7) @Vice spoke to Guccifer via email--and seemed pretty unconvinced by his Romanian skills.

8) Also Guccifer called requests to speak in Romanian "a waste of time"

9) Furthermore all the metadata on the DNC docs is in Russian.

10) And consider Julian Assange's history with the Kremlin--he steered Snowden to Russian, he hosted RT show, etc Julian Assange 'told Edward Snowden not seek asylum in Latin America'

11) For the record, I don't like what Wikileaks uncovered at the DNC. It should aspire to neutrality in a primary.

12) But the DNC hardly determined the fate of the election. And Sanders people should push for reforms, while not exaggerating the facts.

13)My attempt to explain the leaks and Putin's grand strategy in narrative form is here. Vladimir Putin Has a Plan for Destroying the West—and It Looks a Lot Like Donald Trump

It should be obvious to anyone now that Wikileaks is a Russian operation and are trying to influence this election. It's kinda sad to see people eat this up. You rail against Clinton for the email scandal, but happily support the Russian governments theft and Wilileaks dissemination of stolen emails - replete with social security numbers, credit card numbers, addresses and all. You're useful idiots.

Thanks for Correcting The Record breh. Everything is a big plot by the Russians and the DNC barring a few bad apples had no intention in tipping the game against Bernie.

I will now watch the DNC this week and soak in everything these politicians tell me and never question them ever again :salute:

Where did I say that? The DNC has issues. The chairperson being one of the biggest. Do I believe the DNC was responsible for Bernie losing the primary? Nope. His poorly ran campaign is at fault. Does anything in that email dump prove collusion? Nope.

Outside forces trying to influence on this election is pretty obvious too.
