A new season... sort of the same roster. Gutekunst IMO has failed brehs. Its obvious WR was a need. He signs Funchess and that's it. Now Funchess opted out due to COVID-19. We got the same mid to late round guys who aren't impressive next to Adams.

Aaron Jones is in a contract year. Expect him to ball out once again.

Bulaga is gone and they signed Wagner to man RT. I'm very concerned there.

Bakhtiari is in a contract year. Safe to say he must be re-signed. Corey Linsley is in a contract year and I'm thinking there may not be any money to keep him in 2021.

Kenny Clark is in a contract year. Another must re-sign.

Kevin King is in a contract year too.

This was the year to go all in brehs... get some WRs/TEs, keep Rodgers upright... :snoop: I'm struggling to see more than 9 wins.

Then again, I felt the same way last year.

I would think this is a playoff team with Aaron Jones being the focus, along with having Williams/Dillon to support him. The obvious is obvious enough that we need another Wide Receiver/Tight End. Though I don't like the notion that Defense was Mediocre as they helped support Aaron at times.

So at most I would say its a Playoff team, but I don't think the NFL will get to a Superbowl this season because Roger Gooddell had months to plan for COVID, but there is no plan but to play Football. You gotta control a ton of guys from not going to bars, strip clubs, or stupid shyt they shouldn't be doing in a pandemic.

What happens if 15 guys get the Virus on a week? Do they forfeit then?

This isn't like the bubbles of NBA/NHL, where there are fail safes to keep the game running.

The fukkery is gonna be big... there will be a team that has a bunch of positive cases

But the NFL by hook or crook is gonna play the season :francis:

Salary cap decline is also a huge deal in 2021 :snoop: this is why this year is our window

Not surprising. It's rare you get a Patrick Mahomes, a young QB that can adjust over the years. Obvious though you need tons of help, but Lamar Jackson will be interesting; how will teams adjust to him now after his MVP season? Will he hit a wall?

You just can't tell with young QB's. Luckily Love wasn't highly regarded as others. So he wasn't expected to do anything, even if he started. Sometimes a mixture of draft pressure, NFL speed vs. College speed and being on a bad team and/or having no supporting running backs can fukk up a QB's career before it begins.
