There was Wilt, Kareem, Magic, Jordan, Shaq, Kobe and Lebron. What do they all have in common, 10+ years of total domination.

I can't see Curry nor Kd in that tier of players. I think Lebron might be the last of the Gods of Basketball. We better enjoy this while it last.

WTH is Kobe doing in that list. :russ:

Kobe ain't got "10+ years of total domination". :dead:

Three titles at age 20-22 where you're clearly counting as Shaq domination years.

Then a couple years at 23-34 where both he and Shaq are prime and they still can't even win titles against Spurs (Duncan and nobody) and Pistons (team players with no stars).

Then three prime years at 25-27 with FOUR playoff wins total, can't get out of the first round. :dead:

Then finally has his battle at 28-31 with the Celtics...but even that counts getting humiliated in 2008 and 6-24 in Game 7 in 2010.

Then 32-38 where he only gets ONE second-round win total, even with some stacked teams - Gasol, Odom, MWP, Howard, Nash.

Where the hell were his ten years of domination? There's a reason he was only MVP once, and only 2nd-place like once too. :mjpls:

You count Kobe in that list, you better add Mikan, Russell, West, Bird, the Dream, and Duncan to your list too, cause they did just as much as Kobe.

lol why is Kobe in that list?

You got that right.

If healthy, KD and Steph will both have better numbers than Kobe when they retire and only need to add championship hardware to their repetoire(Curry has 1 already) for them to be considered all time greats on the same level as him.

They'll never get the same recognition for it because Kobe played for the GOAT and most popular basketball franchise.

LeBron, Durant, and Curry will all go down as better basketball players than Kobe to the fair minded.
:francis:

LeBron, yes. But preemptively saying "KD and Curry should be regarded as better players than Kobe in the future, and if you disagree you're just a illogical stan" is just plain anti-Kobe hating....

Let Durant and Steph's careers playout before making this proclamation. As it stands, Kobe has had a HOF and potentiality Top-10 career. KD and Steph haven't had such careers yet, don't give them the throne before they've earned it.

You got that right.
A million disqualifiers that you can use for plenty of other hall of famers. C'mon....

:francis:

You basically pointed out and segmented every negative in Kobe's career. Could do the same for LBJ.
