Kobe is better than LeBron, but thats not what history will say. It's a lot of great players who are foot notes in history. The media is not Kobe friendly. The internets is not Kobe friendly. everybody from kerry Kittles to Vince carter was called equal to or better than Kobe.

:heh: I wouldn't go that far.

But when you start to switch era's you bring in a ton of new shyt. Medical Technology, The evolution of strength and conditioning, Dietitians, etc.. hell Nick Saban got Bama players talking to Psychiatrist. lol. nikkas like Barkley was eating entire pizza's and shyt. You had MLB players in the 60's early 70's smoking in the dugout between innings. All of that shyt has to come into play.

the eras arent THAT far apart breh. MJ was as much of athletic freak as bron if not more, just not as tall.

LeBron is top 2. But Jordan's legacy is damn near impossible to beat. Honestly, in a vacuum he might be better. Never saw that kind of size/speed/skill combo. He's like Randy Moss to Jordan's Jerry Rice (sans the stickum).

No chance. Him winning his championships by jumping onto super teams nullifies this possibility

MJ was winning in the 90s where there werent stacked teams like that. the bulls were the favorite in every series they were in. wtf was bron supposed to do w/ KG,jesus, and PP standing in his way ? just try to wait them out ? even if he did that, you still needed more talent to beat whoever comes out of the west and the cavs front office just wasnt doing a good enough job surrounding him with talent. obviously he made the right move, both times.

Breh Jordans prime was 92-95 if you don't think everything I said hadn't been improved to the umpteenth since Lebron came in the league in the early 2000's I don't know what to tell you. And know they are both freakish athletes obviously. But the training is different.

it's no comparison. these cats are doing next level shyt. I'm not knocking them because it still takes dedication or everyone would be Steph or Lebron, BUT when you compare eras things like this have to be in the conversation. It's like watching the draft and all the wideouts running 4.4's or some stupid shyt. You think Humans became Superhuman over the span of 20 yrs. Nah. it's shyt like this.

It's getting really pathetic the way people reduce an athlete's legacy to nothing but numbers.

Oh he's a create a player no doubt. But the thing about that. and this season to a lesser extent. Is that in no time in NBA history have players been more Ball dominate than now. even Derrick Fisher had to get Kobe the ball. These cats have more freedom than ever.

There's literally nothing Lebron does better than Jordan tho.

:yeshrug: Jordan has better stats, a flawless finals record, better sneakers, kids wanted to be like Jordan, Jordan is responsible for a whole generation of players.

In every big moment Jordan stepped up. Can't say the same for Bron.

And him pleading to get Green suspended in the finals last year is still ho move number one. :stopitslime:

Yet y'all think he'd just steam roll the 80s where the pistons were literally close lining nikkas out the air.

He's top 5, but unless he can win another 3-4 rings there's no discussion.

The Truth
We're talking about Lebron, who has too many small moments in big times. finals against mavs, scoring 8 points, getting posted by JJ Barea/Jason Kidd, losing a finals lead. 4 finals losses, leaving a team twice just to chase rings.

Now he complains about playing too many games in the regular season and voluntarily taking games off, cuz he knows he can't catch MJ by actually playing hard every game like MJ did. Not on MJ competitive level, not even close. He ain't slick. Staying in the bum east throughout his career been a easy path to finals for him, and he still lost 4 finals. Everyone knows Kyrie the cold blooded one on that team, not LePass.

Lebron ain't even improve his game, still bulldozing and crying for fouls. Hell I think he's a worst FT shooter now than before too:mjlol:

No but his last 2 finals performances have him top 3 in my book. He might could catch the Captain(KAJ) with a few more rings.:manny:
