Even IF everything you pointed out was true. As a person that has been blessed enough to see pretty much all of there primes. When the GAME/SERIES/SHIP is on the line who you want taking the final shot?

You didn't even pose a question. You said Lebron is more Athletic than Bird and can pass better than Jordan. Well White Chocolate can pass better than Lebron. And James White is more Athletic than Lebron. That doesn't mean shyt. This is what kills me about stuff like this. All of these dudes that are arguably the best in the world have the same skill set. It's literally what makes you the best in the world. Are you telling me Kobe can't pass the fukking ball? He ain't some 7'2" Euro stiff from Kososvo that can't walk and chew gum at the same time.

No.

Unless he plans to win the next two championships over the Warriors his argument against Jordan's isn't even that sound. That's not taking away from his greatness, it's just Jordan's dominance was so consistent once he got going. There was no finals defeats, no creating super teams, none of that shyt. Just 2 3-peats and general dominance.

I'm not even the biggest Lebron fan, but the teams Lebron faced in the Finals >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> teams Jordan faced in the Finals

Point is Lebron is basically the best, most well-rounded combination of basketball talent and physical gifts ever in one player.

if you think MJ is better than bron thats fine, but i cant stand the rings argument. so many factors go into winning a title.

lets put it like this....if you replace mj with bron, could they still have won those 6 rings ?

if you replaced bron with MJ on the finals he lost, would they have won ?

i think its more likely bron wins a ton of rings in the 90s than MJ goes undefeated in the finals playing in his era.
im not saying bron is better at all, just that its closer than people are saying.

And you might be right. BUT is he the BEST BASKETBALL player of all time? And In my years of watching basketball he isn't. Like I said, I don't think he's better than Kobe. But If you feel differently. I ain't harboring no hate or nothing. Dude is a damn beast.

He passed Kobe his first year in the NBA. Steph Curry will be remembered more fondly than Kobe. History will not be kind to Kobe.

Yet, how many young players right now were influenced by Kobe?:jbhmm:

From harden, to Wiggins, Giannis, Hayward, derozan, Lavine ...

How many guys wanna train with Kobe in the off season? :jbhmm:

You sick, kobes impact on the game will be felt for years to come.

Ain't nobody out here trying to mimick lebrons game :skip:

LeBron is measurably as clutch as Michael Jordan

LeBron James passes Michael Jordan as most valuable player in NBA history

James is now 4-2 all-time in Game 7s, including 2-0 in those must-win games during the NBA Finals. His game score from Sunday night — a metric created by John Hollinger to give a rough measure of a player’s productivity for a single game – was 23.1, the fifth-highest for a Game 7. He also has the third-highest game score for a Game 7 (32.5 in 2013). His performances in Games 5 and 6 — both elimination games for Cleveland — earned him game scores of 39.2 and 42.5, respectively, two of the top three performances ever recorded in the NBA Finals.

James has also moved past Jordan in postseason value over replacement, a box score estimate of the points per 100 possessions that a player contributed above a replacement-level player. In other words, James, despite not winning as many championships as Jordan, is the most valuable playoff player of all time. It’s also worth noting that Jordan’s teammate, Scottie Pippen, appears on this all-time great list at No. 5. You have to scan to No. 12, Dwyane Wade, to find the best overall playoff performance by one of James’s teammates.

But when you start to switch era's you bring in a ton of new shyt. Medical Technology, The evolution of strength and conditioning, Dietitians, etc.. hell Nick Saban got Bama players talking to Psychiatrist. lol. nikkas like Barkley was eating entire pizza's and shyt. You had MLB players in the 60's early 70's smoking in the dugout between innings. All of that shyt has to come into play.

Kobe is better than LeBron, but thats not what history will say. It's a lot of great players who are foot notes in history. The media is not Kobe friendly. The internets is not Kobe friendly. everybody from kerry Kittles to Vince carter was called equal to or better than Kobe.
