As a rapper yes LL's legacy is eons above Will Smith's but if we talking strictly clout and celebrity status, there's no bigger opponent for LL than Will. This sets a bigger stage for LL than any of other rapper from his time. Not to mention it does kinda make sense as they've been active in similar timelines as rappers and then beyond with things that they became more known for.

Will is a dual threat with the acting and shyt and can play into that. Do some silly shyt to get laughs, if he go in his Fresh Prince tv show bag. Plus Jeff is a master of all masters level DJ. He can cut, scratch, and blend Will into a victory.

Of course LL is a way better MC and way deeper catalogue, but that don’t guarantee a slaughter like some of y’all saying...
