Well the old man showed some signs of life.

Like I said before, this has been a kind of different offseason for Denver which could have affected the offense.

Thomas had the holdout situation and hardly played in preseason.

Sanders had hammy problems

Clady got hurt and they had to reshuffle the line with rookies.

Peyton himself hasn't done as much during preseason due to Kubiak trying to rest him

These things combined with an offensive system that isn't really suited for him could be affecting him a bit.

If they can somewhat fix the o-line issues they should be fine

Summed it up perfectly.

I think it really comes down to the O line.

I'm hoping it's just them getting used to one another and adapting to what the ACTUAL offensive play calls/adjustments will be. The whole offense is up int the air at this point. Elway and Kubiak have to sit down and square this away.

But I'm just mmqb.

fukk it.

On to the next one. Lions...

Brehs I called that draw from a mile away. Who was Andy fooling with three receivers and noodle arm Smith?

Darrian Stewart jumped that play so beautifully brehs :mjcry:

It'll probably be classic Wade D all year. Overly aggressive to a fault at times... But if performed right... It'll be just like tonight. Turnover city.

It's the sweet with the sour.

Man this one of them losses that as a Chiefs fan got me pissed enough I can't fall asleep. So many damn mistakes. On top of that there was like 3 or 4 close plays that could've easily been interceptions. Like has already been said 50 times, either you throw the ball if you're hell bent on trying to score but in all reality to you just kneel on the damn ball and play for overtime. But to run the ball of all things. Unbelievable.

That timeout while Broncos was in third and long was ridiculous to me too. Not like the Broncos receivers had been breaking wide open and the defense was confused or anything. So why the hell take a timeout and give Peyton time to calmly figure out what play they wanted to run. Such a dumb ass loss.
