I never understood why the media gave the Kubiak hiring so much props for. Kubiak was in Houston, his offenses were easy to defend come late into the season and in the postseason, he micromanages his QB's & doesn't play to their strengths, & isn't a leader-type coach either.

I'm all for Peyton doing his thing in HIS offense and even then his throws will be limited.

Running a god damn bootleg/stretch run offense of Kubiak's is absolutely the end of manning though. Let's be reality brehs.
