Will the 2025-26 Wizards reach the 2023-24 Pistons losing streak record?

Will the Bullets get there?

They’ve lost 11 in a row.

Looking at the schedule, the Wizards will probably not win a game for the rest of the calendar year. If they don’t, that will get them to 28 straight losses. That’ll put them in the company of…

The Detroit Pistons from two seasons ago.

Wizards on average give up 130 points per game :mjlol:

no guarantee they pick above 5 either because of the new lottery rules, so no reason a team should be this bad in the modern NBA

Remember, Wizards will likely have their own 2026 first-round pick, but it is protected to go to the New York Knicks if it falls outside the top 8 selections (pick has traveled since the 2020 Wall-Westbrook trade with Houston).

So there was no goal of being a play-in team or whatever.

The Wizards also have the right to swap their pick with the Phoenix Suns' pick for 2026 if the Suns' pick is higher than Wiz. That would happen if PHX is in the lottery and they jump.
