The poor Black family headed by two married parents is over. Black marriage is statistically almost the exclusive province of college educated Blacks. College educated or privileged Blacks will continue to marry but marriage for impoverished, uneducated Blacks is over. So, in a sense the Black American family is over.

I'm in Brooklyn. And no I don't see black families like that anymore. Not much anyway.
