if there is we won't know because we're still stuck on his fakkit ass. seriously...20 years is long enough. it's time we let somebody be better than pac.

and drake is alright for a female emcee. he's like the girl version of tupac.

Too many followers for their to be another Pac. Personally I don't think the White man will allow another Pac to blow up. The songs that made people love Pac couldn't make an album in todays climate and damn sure couldn't get radio spins. Picture program directors playing "So Many Tears" today.

The only way I could see us getting someone so impactful again in hip hop is if an artist used these methods i heard (i forget who exactly said the first one, heard it in an intervuew) talked about..

He said to teach the lost, he had to do what they were doing.. he said he had to befriend them..shoot dice, hang around on the streets and be involved in the same activities so he could gain their trust and teach them

Chuck D explained it as the "Mary Poppins Method"..he said in order for people to swallow Public Enemy's message they needed to offer it as a spoonful of sugar in the form of Flavor Flav

There will never be another Pac, might be other rappers with similar qualities though. Z-Ro got some similarities with certain songs.

whoever it is would have to be a force in a political movement plus be extremely good at music and popular...thats not going to be easy because both things usually don't come together there are artists who have passions about social matters and such but they usually aren't good or popular and the good popular artists wouldn't risk their marketing on politically controversial things that could be divisive and hurt their brand
