Halo 3 was one of the biggest games ever...and the most successful halo game as far as population and sales go....it was #1 most played game for 4 str8 years on the xbox (2007-2010), sometimes swapping place with cod 4/mw2...lol @ it taking two cod games to knock it from it's top spot for a brief moment here and there...

No, you said Halo was giving the business to all the COD games. I just pointed out how the field was divided because there was 3 of them to choose from. And even when that was the case it still had the top spot OFTEN. Not rarely.
2007 - Halo 3, Gears 1, CODMW1, RB6:Vegas, COD3
2008 - Halo 3, MW1.... 5th was COD:WaW
2009 - Halo 3, MW1, MW2, W@W, Gears 2
2010 - COD:BO , Halo Reach...
Now those are total numbers. But spots where traded each month.
If we are talking ACTIVITY which is what you was clearly talking about before you moved that good goalpost
