What made you choose that stretch, and even in that stretch like I said, he wasn't a top tier player but a few times.

Tell me how you got to this window as your tell-tale reason he should be in the HOF? Why did you subtract the beginning and end of his career? Seems like you're cherry-picking his best years, and even in them he wasn't some dominant player. You actually proved my point with that nonsense window

I think honestly too many do get put in, somebody once said it best, if you subtract that person from the record books do you miss anything?

And I don't think you do with McNabb, you got a guy who never led the league in anything,doesn't hold any significant records, never won the big one, fluctuated often when it came to stats and really doesn't even have any signature moments.

I mean that doesn't apply for everyone, but really, McNabb was simply a good QB, but the mark he left on the game is very forgettable. He's best known for 4th and 26 and puking in the SB. Those are his standout moments

Why bring up Kaep, you know I sure as hell aint putting him in the HOF.

That's the problem, the jump from when someone says dude isn't a HOFer and that being like a smack in the face.

Nah, I said dude was a good QB, but to some that aint enough. If Kaep ends up like McNabb i`ll not be happy, i`ll hope we would have gotten rid of him by then if he does.

Jim Kelly deserves the HOF due to the fact he did something no one ever did, while he failed big time nobody ever made it to 4 SB's in a row, and he had the stats to back it. And talk about a dude who was playing when it was hard to pass, he played in a much tougher era than McGag did.

Jeff Garcia, Trent Green, Chad Pennington and Carson Palmer all have higher career QB ratings than Gone-Again McGag

Are these HOF worthy talents? They all played in the same era as McGag. Anyone pushing for their HOF induction?

Bottom line it goes to show you the caliber of passer he was. He was NEVER a top guy, almost every single stat points to that, so basically we're just putting good QB's in the HOF now.

You can just do where he ranked in the league in passer rating.

2002 7th
2003 16th
2004 4th
2005 16th
2006 4th
2007 9th
2008 15th

So off of that alone, in those years he wasn't once statistically a top 3 passer. To me, it kinda tells me what he always was, a top 10 guy, but the lower 10.

To me, you look at him year in and year out, he's no HOF'er.

Gimme Brees, Rivers, Rothlisberger, Warner and others in that time period.

look at John Elway's career, his first ten seasons to be exact.

He was NEVER in the top 10 in passer rating. He finally made it in 1993.
