IDK, on one hand I want to say yes, but then you gotta realize, most billionaires alot of their wealth comes from stock and shyt they own in a company, mainly their own.

nikkas like Diddy,50 cent, Dre, dont get me wrong, they smart as hell, but a huge chunk of their couple hundred million came from endorsing something.

Like Chris Rock said with his explaining of the difference between just being rich and going farther and being wealthy.

These nikkas are too satisfied being rich to even think about being wealthy.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think being worth 500 million is considered wealthy

Wealthy is when your so rich your kids and even their kids will benefit from your money.

Think Bill gates, The Rockefellers, Rothschilds etc.

Educate yourself my friend.

i feel like the opportunity to be a hip hop billionaire was before the download era, and now the windows closed

am i wrong
Prior to the Download era, Sales still weren't the best way for artist to make money. Tours, endorsements etc were how they made the most money. I think it's going to be easier now because there are more ways for rappers to make money.

Not to mention haven't all the record breaking album sales from previous eras been replaced with albums put out during the download era?
