the tool is kinda goofy. the first time I tried to use it on my laptop, I left it downloading, but when I came back it was just back at the desktop like nothing happened (no error message, nada). ran it again (and it d/l'ed again), this time keeping an eye on it, and it worked fine

It's at the "making sure you ready to install breh..." screen.

Nah man it's this dumb ass Win10 that's fukking up. Now when I run the tool, I get back several GB's but last night it came up to an error and I had more than enough space that it said it needed. Gonna try again, if this shyt doeesn't work I'm going to tombstone this desktop.

Did you lose any files? Just go ahead and back it up and do a clean install.

I just installed it on my Mac

Install worked fine for me with the tool. Took all of 30 mins. Gonna play with it more later on.

cant get the DTS audio to work after upgrading

took a min ti get 5.1 working but it only works on the multichannel setting which converts/downgrades the audio

cant get DTS or Dolby D setting to show on my receiver

do i have to download a driver or codec to get DTS and Dolby D working?

check the device manager, see if the audio driver is missing

OK now it's upgrading. I disabled everything in my startup services, deleted the windows bt folder and reran the tool.

backed up all of my....music to my external hard drive. installing now

edit: i got it working

i had to reinstall the driver and switch the compatibility
