I got denied on one of my PCs. It said it'll let me know when I can get it. I'm gonna try the other PCs.

I had to do the command a few times and I had to install some lingering updates and restart.

there is a time limit on the free thing... after a certain amount of time, they will be charging for the upgrade

If you reserved a copy it was already pre installed on the system. I loaded mine up around 12 AM and it's been smooth since.
