I'm done with Windows 10. I just spent the last 3 hours getting my computer out of recovery mode all because of this piece of shyt of an operating system couldn't restart my computer properly without it freezing each & every time since I installed it. I brushed it off in the past thinking it was nothing serious, but this latest incident? I thought it was a wrap for my laptop, or at the very least all of my data.

Back to Windows 8 I go until they fix this spying, intrusive, piece of shyt of a software known as Windows 10.

Never keep your data and OS on the same drive, because you're at the mercy of your system in your OS goes to shyt. If that's not possible (like on most laptops), partition the drive so your OS and files are separated. That's why manual installations >>> in most cases even on brand new computers.

Got my first issue. Not really a showstopper. One of my cracked programs will not open. But its only one of many. Will look for some freeware later until I can get a workaround.

I just got a new CPU and it recommends I upgrade to windows 10? :lupe:

1 question I have is that I heard it will remove pirated stuff and what not, does it do that even if its on an external hard drive? :lupe:

Stuff like movies and music :lupe:

Anybody know how to do a clean install of this OS if you already upgraded to it? I did a SSD clone and there's been some weird happenings since I switched from the 120 GB SSD to a 490 GB one. I think I'm just gonna start fresh but I was never given a Windows 10 product key. Is it just gonna know?

You're good. Change your motherboard and you might have problems.

Hope you like your processor / mobo combo because if you take their "free" upgrade you're stuck with it. At the very least you're stuck with the motherboard socket you have because if you change motherboards that's not gonna be considered the PC you used the upgrade on and you'll lose your free copy.

I tried to clone my SDD and it failed and I can't even seem to get a fresh install on it now. This is such a pain in the ass.
