I'm using PIA right now with OpenVPN client, and it has to install tap drivers, shyt just doesn't work for me on Windows 10.
This is what I meant to mention in my reply to @PimpHandStrong but depending on your computer upgrading might be a hassle and a half if they fukk around with your drivers.
They might've worked it out by now and drivers are being properly implemented but I had two problems when upgrading two family machines.
My mom and sister have HP Streams and when I upgraded my moms, the touchpad stopped working and I had to work that out. But by the time I got around to my sister's it worked without me having to use the keyboard to download generic drivers.
And when I upgraded my aunt's computer it knocked out the network connection and skunked the network driver which would be a huge problem for people who can't get back on the internet by other means.
