Even a quarter-inch can fukk up the roads.

My folks down in Richmond said they're supposed to get a brutal storm this weekend. They got no plows or salt machines so even a couple inches of snow is crippling

Thx to the up north folks not clowning us for this type of weather. Non snow tires, no salt trucks, teams not equipped to mitigate the roads after the storm. Overgrown trees dripping with heavy ice.

It's going to be more than a day 1 event, gotta get supplies before the rush.

i'd much rather have snow than ice. at least you can shovel snow or go out and play in it.

ice...can't do shyt but wait until it melts. plus atl and metro areas do not invest in salt trucks and related equipment. not worth the investment because it's so rare. it's the ice storms that last more than a few weekdays that's a problem (also very rare).

In NC. Some of these models are calling for over a FOOT of snow .I'll have to see to believe it.
