Witcher 3's combat has been overhauled to be more fluid and expansive. I actually liked the combat in 2 but I'm a witcher stan. Anyone on the fence don't be. This game will be genre defining. We're talking about an open world rpg that is over 200 hours long, is next gen only, uses a custom graphics engine that is arguably the best looking out right now, a story derived from a series of novels that are as beloved as game of thrones in some countries. The developers LOVE gamers and pushed the game back twice because they refused to put something out that wasn't ready. The game was completed fully in February and they'v spent this time optimising and searching for bugs. They have two major DLC's planned that are longer than most games (10 and 20 hours each of real content) etc etc. This is as AAA as RPG's get.
