Who are considered ole heads? Is it just taste in music (thinking that old music is way better than new music) or is it age .. and if its age what age are we calling people Ole Heads .....

Is 30 the Ole head threshold?? If so .... Who on here is above 30 and qualify for :upsetfavre: (Ole Head) status. Raise your Hand. and Who is Below that qualify for :troll: (New Cats) status also raise ur hand.

I see nyggas warring but can't easily identify enemies from alliances ..

The funny thing some of the 'old heads' around here are posturing and only 21-25 years old talking about how things were better in the 90s yet they were born in the late 80s, early 90s.

ole heads aint the problem

:flabbynsick: nikkaz is the problem

Nikkaz who always try and compare this era of rappers to the era they grew up in and make it a losing battle

Nikkaz who hold double standards when it comes to new era artist and artists of their time

Nikkaz who sue phrases liek "hip hop is dead" "wheres real hip hop" "rappers nowadays are (insert stupid generalizattion)" to discredit their talent

I dnt respect :flabbynsickness: and I never will

ANd Im talkin bout active flabbynsickness that tries to disturb and manipulate the music tastes of the youngins using condescendin tones and forcin em to feel levels of guilt and inferiority because they dnt fck with their :flabbynsick: music tastes

Ole heads can be cool
:flabbynsick: ppl are bitter fakketz :umad:

It's hard to determine old heads nowadays, it was easier on hamster when you could see cats that became members 2001 that whole class was old heads Gator king, Art Barr all of them.

Nowadays it might be cats born 94 on here talking about the old days while effortlessly leaving out according to wikipedia and youtube.

Ole heads is not a derogatory term though, it just means that you've been a hiphop head for sometime and seen it all in real time. Flabbynsick ole heads though, those are ole heads but their brains are smashed up and stay acting like history is more relevant than present time.

I'll be an old head age wise...I'm 30. If the music's good, its good...bottom line. I was happy with the music I had when I was going through middle school and high school. I personally believe that music & time is/was better than any other generations time...but I don't hate. There's still alot of good music around today. :manny:

Old head. Gonna be 38 this year. All I know is this: I just quit paying attention to new music. It doesn't move me at all. I don't try to convince anyone I just do me. This is kinda weird because HipHop is all I have ever listened to til this day. I just put Pandora on "Wu Tang" and ride out.

I say that to say: for me the difference is night and day. I don't even consider the new stuff as the same genre. A few songs here and there jump out at me. I rocked to I'm Different for like four days. I'm over it now.
