Yes they gave up a top-3 protected pick for Asik. Houston will beDid they really give up a 2015 first?

if NO's lottery pick falls outside the top 3.I'm not saying it should actually be vetoed. I'm just frustrated that New Orleans is run by clowns and LA was the only team who wasn't allowed to take advantage.
I think we're about 90% in agreement... all this talk about getting it vetoed....i certainly wouldn't go that far.

Because Portland had shot makers all over the court. Who the hell is spacing the floor for New Orleans?New Orleans added a piece to their team they've been looking for since they drafted AD and Asik been on they radar for a good minute and nikkas and Coli GM's over here shytting on the move.
They add one more piece and I dont see why they cant be a playoff team if everybody stay healthy. No reason why they cant be the Trail Blazers of next season, if Portland can win 50+ games with Aldridge, Lillard, Batum, Wes Matthews with Terry Stotts coaching no reason NO cant do the same with their core and Monty Williams coaching
NO got Morrow and Ryan Anderson and Jrue can shoot the 3. Shooters aint hard to find, they can add more people to space the floor. AD can space the floor with his 15-22 foot jumper himselfBecause Portland had shot makers all over the court. Who the hell is spacing the floor for New Orleans?
Common sense tell me it's a rental. It's HIGHLY probable he won't stay there after he comes off the books. If you understood how these things work, you wouldn't be questioning this. What makes you so sure dude is a "rental"? You in the Pelicans FO bruh?.
Nah you don't have to move Gordon to absorb Asik's contract. Just need to free up $8.3m (Aminu will no doubt come under this umbrella).Guarantee you we moving EG cuz of this deal. The money we taking in pretty much mean we HAVE to move him. That along makes it a good deal. But go head and preach my brother, you know more than our FO.
That's because you're short-sighted.New Orleans added a piece to their team they've been looking for since they drafted AD and Asik been on they radar for a good minute and nikkas and Coli GM's over here shytting on the move.

Morrow and Anderson aren't starting. They're gonna have to adjust the starting lineup so they don't start out in 20-10 holes every night like the Rockets were when they started Howard and Asik together. Then the team is gonna have $11 million 6th men.NO got Morrow and Ryan Anderson and Jrue can shoot the 3. Shooters aint hard to find, they can add more people to space the floor. Somebody has to go (Rivers, EG) for us to absorb his contract. Unless you better at this contract and cap lingo than I am.Common sense tell me it's a rental. Do you not realize you gave up a top-3 protected pick for a player that will be gone at the end of the season?
Aldridge, Lillard, Batum, and Matthews arent THAT much better than AD, Jrue, Reke, and Gordon. Portland caught a lot of teams by surprise early on in the season and why you replying to my posts? Your posts get skipped over faster than the College World Series. fukk outta my faceThat's because you're short-sighted.
Aldridge, Lillard, Batum, Matthews is 100000x better than the Pelicans.

AD is a totally different player than Dwight and better offensively than Dwight, NO wont have the same issues Houston struggled with them two together on the court not too mention that shyt was a bad idea from jump cause Asik didnt want to lose his starting spot. All Asik gotta do is worry about defending the paint and getting boards, he'll be the surefire starting C and they'll be alrightMorrow and Anderson aren't starting. *takes deep, frustrated breath*Unibrow, Jrue, Tyreke, Gordon, Asik, Ryan Anderson thats a good 6 man rotation. They just gotta stay healthy
They need to take his ass to a witch doctor or voodoo priestess and put a mojo on that nikka to stay healthy*takes deep, frustrated breath*
Breh, I'm talking about their three perimeter starters. Evans, Gordon and Holiday do not compliment each other and are not going to space the floor.Aldridge, Lillard, Batum, and Matthews arent THAT much better than AD, Jrue, Reke, and Gordon.
