Breh, I'm talking about their three perimeter starters. Evans, Gordon and Holiday do not compliment each other and are not going to space the floor.
Gordon and Reke played well together and Jrue is a good PG he's not gonna be out there just chucking up shots he can distribute the ball well. Gordon can shoot, Jrue can shoot and Tyreke knows how to score. Floor spacing and shooting wont be that big of a deal you making it for this team

Somebody has to go (Rivers, EG) for us to absorb his contract. Unless you better at this contract and cap lingo than I am.
Aminu, Stiemsma, Rivers and extras will be enough to take on Asik's contract. Pelicans have until the 10th to work out on who they'll send.
Bottom line is this isn't our final move. I wanna see what other shoe drops before I fully judge the trade, but again I digress, you seem to know exactly how every thing will play out.

No I don't know how everything will play out, common sense however tells me this isn't a smart move by Dell. One season of Asik isn't worth a lottery pick.

Aldridge, Lillard, Batum, and Matthews arent THAT much better than AD, Jrue, Reke, and Gordon. Portland caught a lot of teams by surprise early on in the season and why you replying to my posts?

Portland has close to the best starting 5 in the league, you are legitimately stupid if you think the Pelicans are in the same conversation.

We comin up on Yr 3 w/ AD

If we still worrying about lottery picks, its time to contract the team

We all in

We had a bad string of injuries, but, defense was our biggest weakness

I told yall that Asik was getting moved. There is level to this. Expiring contracts are worth something to a lot of team that have cap space. In this case. The Pelicans get a very good center to compliment Davis. They can decide after the season is over whether they want to keep Asik. This makes for a good test run for next season to see how they gel. If they do, \this will be their 4-5 combo for the next the rest of the decade at a minimum. Don't underestimate Daryl Morey.

Your team is all over the place at the moment. That lottery pick could be a useful asset in the future. You'll be back at square one next offseason, when Asik walks and you're left without a lottery pick. You could easily sign some vets to provide solid defense at the 5, and look to strengthen the 3 with the money you spent on Asik.

At the moment, Tyreke is your starting SF :merchant:

Morey just landed Harden & Dwight in back to back off seasons

I dont blame the Rockets for feeling confident

Yet, we have had people on this board call Morey a terrible GM :smh:

Dude built a potential dynasty before this but injuries killed it. Look how quickly the team reloaded. Even if they don't get Melo. The Rockets can still re-sign Parsons and add Lowry who they always wanted to come back. Lowry loves Houston as well. So even without Melo. The lineup could be:

Howard
T. Jones
Parsons
Harden
Lowry

This is still an upgrade from last year, plus they will have better chemistry going into this season with PG that can hold his own against some of the best in the league on both sides of the floor. The Rockets are lacking a true floor general and can get that with Lowry if they don't get Bron.
