i dont give a fukk about the celtic trade.. we need to snt howard for bledsoe and griffin... then trade blake.. mitch will work his magic once again..

that would be a miracle for us instead of letting dwight walk and gettin nothing bacc. id rather have bledsoe(stay a laker) and blake as a trade asset than dwight staying as a laker.. thats only if we ae able to trade griffin which im very confident would happen

bledsoe contract is up @ the end of 14.. thats fine we will have the money to resign if neccesary.. lakers would FINALLY have an athletic young PG :whoo:

It's already been reported the lakers refuse to do that. They rather let him walk than trade him to the clippers

either way lakers future is bright..

First off let me say I C/S, but for arguments sake that trade is for an overrated superstar that CP3 made look better. And what is Blake's prime anyway? He's too nice of a guy according to Billups, doesn't play defense, flops and is limited offensively. Actually it's his offense limitations that frustrate CP3 who likes to drive the lane and score or create but can't because Blake's man is there knowing CP3 isn't passing to him in fear of a brick or hack a Blake, he can't operate like he should.

Oh yeah i totally feel you, Griffin is not a top tier superstar, but still, he's young and still has potential to be better than he is (although looking at his per game stats, he's actually gotten steadily worse since he entered the league :heh:). and to trade that for two guys that maybe have 2 good years left is dumb af.

ya they saying that cuz they still plan on re-signing him but if its obvious hes leaving you know mitch gonna trade him

:usure:

The Lakers aren’t interested in a sign-and-trade if Dwight Howard decides to sign with another team. According to Lakers Nation, the Lakers would rather take the savings than take on players who aren’t equal to Howard: “So what if Dwight Howard leaves? Here’s one thing you won’t see: the Lakers helping him find his dream team, or trying to salvage something for him, with a sign-and-trade. Barring a bonanza they don’t expect to be offered, insiders say the Lakers’ fallback position would be to bring back this team and bank the savings—almost $50 million in salary and luxury tax. They would then drop under the luxury tax threshold after next season–a Laker priority after paying the tax for as long as there has been one, with new, ever-escalating repeater penalties. In the key, it would give them $55 million worth of cap space for the 2014 free agent class, which could include LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony.”
