Jokers in here really think the Warriors without Curry can beat the Clippers. :russ:

Using regular season as a barometer is stupid but if we do, we gotta keep in mind this Clips team played GS extremely tough and had prime opportunity to win a few games when they had Curry. I recall 2 games where they were scoring on GS effortlessly and built huge leads going into the 4th, that they (in Clipper fashion) choked. Without him its a wrap.

They might be lucky to win 1 at home but that series ends in no more than 5 with LAC on top. :manny:

Reevaluated in two weeks not ready to go 100% in two weeks...

Pretty much 5 star lock the clippers playing a 6 or 7 game series due to basketball reasons :mjpls:

lol I got to look at the ref assignments cause this sure as hell is a possibility

They would send their boy Joey Crawford for situations such as this

It is stupid to use the regular season as a barometer, but it's also stupid to assume that the point differential from those games means that automatically they lose the 30 points that Curry was averaging for the season. Its going to be a different game, but the Warriors have shown the ability to adapt and play different styles. If the Warriors bring their defense, then they have a good shot at beating the Clippers. There is only one way to find out thought. The fact that anybody thinks its a sure thing one way or the other, without Curry in the lineup, is a joke.

The Warriors are talented enough to win without Curry.

And for a while, I read quite a few posts and articles about how Draymond Green is the team's spiritual (if not outright) MVP.

Time for him to prove it.

:manny:
I make a lot of posts talking shyt about Draymond because I think he's overrated and gets away with fouls.

But he IS a good player. And he has shown flashes of excellent, dominant basketball.

But if he's really the Top 10 player that members of the coli likes to believe...then now is the time to show it.
Now, when your team lost its best player.
This is the problem with you and others in the "Draymond is overrated" camp - he's proven his worth all season long - it makes no sense for y'all to say it's time for him to prove it now. Nobody ever suggested he's capable of anchoring an offense, specifically the scoring load. He's not going to come out and start averaging 25 ppg or start being the #1 option in the clutch. He isn't that type of player.

:comeon: Yeah. Right. Nobody ever said/suggested any of these things before.

said so... all yall talking about MCL... this shyt looks like a sprain and would be back within a month...:wow:
it is a MCL sprain :stopitslime:
a sprain is classified as stretching or tearing of a ligament (thats what the L stands for in MCL) with different levels of severity.

Eatingston.

I know lotta fans looking to Barnes to step up but Shawn is the best player to extend leads, stop the bleeding or get the opponent to call time out.

Thats true, Livingston is a big mismatch against any team because of the size difference. He is also consistent with that turn around baseline jumper, or the jumper from the elbow. Anytime things need to settle down, they go to Livingston.

But Barnes does need to step up, because we've seen him do it in the playoffs before. If Barnes can score consistently, it adds a whole different dimension to a Curry-Less Warriors team.

Matthew%2BDellavedova%2B6n9rvI1E7a0m.0.jpg

Delly could finish that knee off and turn him into Derrick Rose...
That knee is food now:wow:

Watch delly dive on that knee if they meet again in the finals

Even Draymond's biggest supporters on this board will tell you he's not a top ten player. I myself have said that multiple times

He's a dominant defensive player who will continue to play top level defense, but he's not capable of "stepping up" offensively like the Warriors will need from him. That's Klay Thompson's job who has to turn into Bucks Ray Allen for the team to stand a chance

Meh. I seem to recall a completely different history involving certain coli brehs fervently going back and forth on the value of Draymond Green.

But whatever. I agree with your post.

I said sprain...they said tear ...I said it doesn't look severe... I was told it looks like it snapped...

Btw I tore my ACL trust me I know what the L stands for...both meaning :francis:...btw mcl is usually an impact on it.. Not a stretch
