First of all dap monitoring is just silly :mjlol:. Posts get dapped for a variety of reasons including sarcasm and agreement with a certain part or just plain amusement. Secondly quoting a post equals co-signing now? :dead:. Thirdly he didn't even say anything. Lastly, I already told you what I was doing with that post.
Which is why I questioned your motives rather than made a definitive claim on you being "infected". I don't think I should need to spell this out. And yes he did throw a shot at Curry in that post and has been throwing shots at him all season.
:dead: at the bolded. That's exactly my point. You trying to make riding for the squad you like into riding for truth and consistency. Wouldn't consistency dictate that Curry and the Warriors get the same treatment the previous squads and top players in the L have received?
And wouldn't consistency dictate that people would defend Curry and the Warriors from the same treatment that squads and players of the past received? I don't even know where you're going with this as it doesn't take away from anything I've said - like somehow having the existence of the detractors needs to exist in order for me to ride for "truth and consistency" like we would even be having this conversation if it didn't.
Is it possible (not asking you to say it is or it isn't) but is it not at least possible that things that you agree with are more likely to be deemed as rational or reasonable to you? .
Yes (we all do), but then again for starters I don't have an agenda (which I know a lot of these posters do) and have watched an extensive amount of games; past and present (which is significant due to people only watching a handful of games of one player and they think they've got it all worked out, or they just follow the common fan path about a team/player), and I can quite confidently say I do challenges my own views and change them regularly too. My opinion on teams/players changes everyday, whereas I still see folk talking about the game and players as they did when they were in grade school. Most can't even entertain the possibility of looking at a player or team differently to their original stance.
Just look at this thread. I might be "infected" and I'm "co-signing" and why? Because I quoted a GSW hater (that didn't say anything :dead:) and made a reference to myself based upon their post?
Like I said, I questioned you, I didn't make a definitive claim. I don't get what's so hard to understand given the nature of this board. Especially since before you cleared it all up, you replied with this statement - With what....the "let's cop pleas for Steph/the Warriors we wouldn't tolerate for anyone else" disease.
You are correct in that you have plenty of 90s stans. We got plenty of cats that dismiss it if it hasn't happened in the last 5 years as well. Some stuff in the past was better. Some stuff now is better. Why can't we just call stuff what it is based on what it is without everything having to be a generational debate or stan wars? I know why others do it, I am talking about those of us that strive for keeping it 100 and acknowledging reality.
I'm with you that, but when you're trying to follow reality in the dark as accurately as one possibly can, you end up having to defend eras and players/teams to get your point across, when those teams/players have been denied the credit they actually deserve.

Someone on the Simmons podcast made the point that Curry isn't hurt but exhausted from trying to keep up with Westbrook all game. Not just guarding him, but trying like hell to keep him off the offensive boards.

Westbrook just isn't human....
They're not mutually exclusive. He could be re-aggravating his injuries and putting more stress on his knee/ankle from trying to keep up with Westbrook.:manny:

His numbers are comparable to his finals , he said he's fine , Kerr said he's fine. He's playing . Nothing else to discuss

There shouldn't be but here we are with dudes saying "no excuses" for him, while we had all the injury talk about their title run last season. Go figure.

You can tell he doesn't have the explosiveness or lift on his shot. If you guys want to give the Warriors an asterisk for last year's championship then the Thunder should get one for this series.

What if Curry goes for 37 in Game 5 and hits about 8 three's and GSW forces Game 6? This thread will be forgotten and Curry will be back to Uber god Jordan, better than Kobe ever was, better than LeBron ever was status. The narratives ya'll stay creating for this dude he almost can't lose in this situation.
