I can see why you go for a coach that’s a developer and a schemer too btw. In a world where you can’t have 3 stars + a stacked roster, it makes sense to get a guy like this

Just remains to be seen if he can do that AND manage the superstars’ ego. Nobody at UConn ever had more status than Hurley from day 1. LeBron and Davis aside, any superstar that’s going to be in the LA market is going to have more name brand than a coach

J.R. doesn't want his high school coach there :mjlol:

He could stay in college and remain a god in UCONN or go to LA where people will be calling for his head after a 2 game losing streak and Bron doing some passive aggressive shyt.

If Bron is done in 2 years, would you trust Rob/Jeannie to make some good moves to build the roster?

I know Anthony Irwin has been on that beat for a minute. I think he’s been the most vocal from my feed, but Lakers Nation podcast also thought Reddikk was the guy

Irwin is compromised that’s been obvious for a while. Nothing he says comes from the FO all he does is cry about Pelinka like GreatestLaker

He could say nothing at all, either way multiple boosters behind the scenes are saying he's staying so we'll find out soon enough

:skip: If you say so breh. He said what he was suppose to say. You think he’s gonna sit back quiet or say hell yeah he’s going to LA
