Im obviously hoping for the best bruh, but waiting on a head coach till after the draft seems like not only a big risk, but it reeks of not being prepared/not knowing which direction to take the franchise.

-Is Dwight gone for sure?

-Does Dwight want input on the new head coach hire?

-If we're moving Dwight, wouldn't it be smart to get to talking with teams BEFORE the draft in order to obtain possible draft picks in return?

-If we're moving Dwight, we'd obviously be adding in unfriendly contracts in order to make the move more tolerable/giving us more cap flexibility.
