i agree. it's been like that for a while. he's not what he used to be but the guy is still a player. it's one of those instances where people just hate him so much they blindly shyt on his actual ability on the court. he can still rebound and defend...and i'm sure he'd be able to score more if he wasn't stuck playing with someone who is iso'ing 30 times a game.

Put Dwight on the right team and he can still prolly give you 19-21 points a game an 12 boards

with the salary cap increase 34 mil won't mean as much as it means now, and if he can continue to get you 20 10 it would be worth it IMHO, especially with his pretty good defense.

I feel mad uneasy about the whole situation because I know we probably looked into Dwight's availability here in Charlotte. I can only hope the asking price is too high for us. Clifford and Ewing both coached him back in Orlando, and honestly our 4 out 1 in discount GS/2kPnRcheese offense would be the closest thing he's ever been to his days with the Magic. With MKG possibly being out for the season (again...), the FO might gamble hard...

If there was ever any chance of him getting anywhere close to dominant again, it'd likely be here.

I'm thinking of Al Jefferson is capable he may be a fit along with another young player because Al can at least score on the block even though he's selfish and hits his fts
