:snoop:

da hate is strong in here

I don't think it's so much as hate as dudes not being confident he can preform as he did in the past...He is no longer the clear cut best center in fact he's not even in the top 3 any longer but he can still get 16pt 11rb and provide some rim protection...

But we do also know that he is a bit flaky and the team that would trade for him risks him bolting...

Than let's think of what kind of compensation the Rockets can get for him with the league knowing he is likely to look elsewhere and also wants 25-30 mill a year...The Rockets likely won't get a hail for him but if they could get a replacement Center.

Maybe a replacement Center and a 1st rd pick would be as good of a deal as they can get.

The Boston Celtics are reluctant to trade significant assets for a player who will be a free agent in the offseason.

“This team is not in it for the short term,” one league source said.

The Celtics have been linked to Dwight Howard and Al Horford, but sources say a deal for either player is unlikely.

The Celtics have almost no interest in Howard, who is 30 and has been injury-plagued since 2012. Boston would have reservations about offering Howard a long-term deal.

But the Celtics do think highly of Al Horford, who could receive a five-year, $146 million deal from the Atlanta Hawks this offseason. The Celtics would be more likely to pursue Horford in free agency

If they don't win this year let dwight walk, and you now have some FA money to play this offseason.

This shyt here :dead:

I'd trade Kanter & spare parts for him then let him walk only to dump the Kanter deal early. Can't even do that though since Kanter would have to agree to it.

I'd keep Kanter, very young, but his defense can be improved, you can't teach the offensive skills he has.
