Damn. Had something similar happen to me about 5 years ago. I was lifting weight with my homie and my hearing went out and I got up from the bench and passed the fukk out. Luckily, he was there to get me up but I had a concussion and a black eye. I went to the ER and they ran damn near every test on me but couldn't figure out what was wrong. The doctor finally asked me if I was using any drugs. I looked at him like yea man I smoked a blunt before working out
