Ok. According to the local news report/interview, the homeowner association has a rulebook that says you don't let people in you don't know.

However the rulebook probably doesn't say how if you do live there and being confronted by an unknown resident, how you should proceed.

• Do you show your FOB?
• Do you show your ID?
• Then again, the person confronting you, should they show you their FOB or ID too?

I think this situation is going to change some handbook rules.
