Last time I talked to someone my age...just the people at my job I talk too but not much because of my social anxiety. I work at a restaurant.

start off with talking with women you're not attracted to and talking to people you know don't care about you
just ask the cashiers how their day is going and then try to keep the convo until you're done with checking out. don't try to pick these people up or get their numbers. it's just practice.
you need to get used to having conversations and then when you see an attractive girl you'll know how to keep her interested
Also do you have friends that can be a wingman?
Do you know what choosing signals are?

No, I don't have any friends since I am a loner pretty much and my social anxiety makes it hard for me to make and build friendships.

In terms of choosing signals not really. If a woman is nice to me sometimes I assume that might mean she likes me.

No I'm not in shape, I'm obese. Looks wise I'm averagegang, could look a lot better if I lost weight.
